Per Alexander Fossheim Johansen Guitar Instructor
I’m a 30-year-old guitarist based in Oslo with a heart burning for music. I’ve always been curious, always been eager to discover new ways to play the instrument and express myself, and I’ve always wanted my musicality to move forward. Music is not a competition between who can play the fastest solos, sing the highest notes or who has the best pitch - rather it’s a unique arena where everyone has something to say, and we all have something we can learn. It’s important for me to take my students’ musicality and musical interests seriously, and use their musical preferences and passions as a springboard for deeper understanding, appreciation and ability to play and perform.
